Maybe you are stressed from time to time in these coronian days.
Extensive yawning alone relaxes your brain, upper neck, throat and palate.

We’ve gotten a little out of the habit of it, like it’s rude. Create a safe space and take a deep breath, open your mouth wide and try to yawn, or pretend to, that alone often triggers it. It increases serotonin production in the brain, which improves your mood and balances the flow between cerebrospinal fluid. Allow sounds, yawn with pleasure and without restraint. Stretch while doing this and allow sounds. It also helps you get out of your head thought gyrations. Yawn your way free! 😃

Good luck and relax! 🙏
