Together for a better world. We must support the light so that the shadow becomes smaller.

Since May 2022 I have opened a circle for a common meditation where we meet every Tuesday from 19:00-19:30. Each of us can participate in this circle and does not need a digital network to do so. Even if we don’t see each other, we can raise awareness and connect with each other to bring more peaceful energy into the world. Together we are many, together we are effective. We are part of the great collective energy field. Every single conflict and discord in our own hearts contributes to collective disharmony. Yet our own conflicts may seem small compared to, say, the horrific war in Ukraine or the catastrophic consequences of climate change. Nevertheless, we can begin by looking into our own hearts to strengthen our consciousness. A shared moment of practice in the face of current crises is significant to alleviate suffering. This beautiful world should be embedded in love and humanity, not tyranny and blood. Let’s break down isolation and separation together, for the good of all people and our planet. Meditation is a form of activism.

For the benefit of all beings

If you feel addressed by this call and would like to join, I am happy about it. So that I can include you in my mental-virtual meditation room, I ask you to email me your participation with name, place and country. We practice with good intention for more love, compassion, forgiveness, healing and peace in the world. Let us hold in our hearts all people affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war, may there be peace and healing at all levels, may there be love and mutual support, blessings for all.

Preparation

If you don’t have a practice spot yet, create one for yourself. Light a candle. Use a nose-friendly incense beforehand to cleanse the room. Let the place become your temple that invites you to practice. Sit comfortably and upright on a chair or on your meditation cushion. Find your ischial tuberosities growing into the earth and find the golden thread at the crown of your head growing up and finding a star to casually wrap itself around. Thus you are stretched between heaven and earth, held and protected. Let yourself breathe deeper for a few minutes, fill yourself with the life energy that the breath gives you. Then find your inner space of silence and peace. Rest in it. The deeper you sink into it, the more you become “it”. You are space, You are love, You are silence – independent of all the turbulence that is otherwise on the way.

BE IT and with it go out energetically into the world and let peace, healing and compassion flow where it is needed. Be free from effort and leave out the story. Rest in yourself, be your light-full BEING and share it. Let yourself rest in the heart of being and go out with it energetically into the world and let peace, healing, compassion and forgiveness flow into the world where it is needed most now. Let it flow even to those you don’t like, or those who know nothing but their own unhealed and hardened heart. This is just as important. These closed hearts especially need it. Be free of effort and leave out history and interpretation. Rest in yourself, be your BEING and share it. Let clarity and connection flow into the collective energy field.

Thank you for your loving presence and powerful participation. I thank all the wisdom beings who are capable of ending strife and war for their efforts. Presumably, the limits exist where karma sets in.

Peace Meditation

Together for a better world. We need to make the light brighter so that the shadow becomes smaller.

Since May 3, I have opened a circle for a global meditation, where we will meet every Tuesday from 19:00-19:30 (CET). Without a digital network, each and every one of us may join this circle but still be on ourselves. Even though we do not see each other, we can still raise awareness and connect with each other for bringing more peaceful energy to the world. Together we are many, together we are effective. We are part of the great collective energy field. Every single conflict and dissent in our own hearts contributes to collective disharmony. Yet, our own conflicts may seem small compared to, for instance, the terrifying war in Ukraine or the disastrous floodings in Australia. Nonetheless, we can start by looking into our own hearts, to increase self-consciousness and awareness. A unified moment of practice in light of the present crises will be essential to ease the suffering. This applies to not only the current crises but also the one to come. This beautiful world should be embedded in love and humanity, not tyranny and blood. Let’s dissolve isolation and separation together, for the sake of all humans and our planet. Meditation is a form of activism.

Rest within yourself, be your light-filled BEING and share it. Let yourself rest in the heart of being and go out with it energetically. Go into the world and let peace, healing, compassion, and forgiveness flow into the world where it is needed most now. Let it also flow to those you don’t like or those who know nothing but their own unhealed and hardened heart. That is just as important. These closed hearts especially need it. Be free from effort and leave out history and interpretation. Rest in yourself, be your BEING and share it. Let clarity and connection flow into the collective energy field.
