How do I get in touch with the fresh foods, how do I sense what is good for me. “What jumps out at you at the vegetable market?” How does a chard feel, the leaves of kale, or a fresh lemon. What don’t I take with me to the supermarket when I feel into it to see if it really does me good. Cooking with loving and attentive presence, eating without doing other things on the side, can be a special experience. ?
