Our bodies are something very special and very intelligent. However, far too often we only pay attention to them when they hurt or no longer “function” – this is a disregard for ourselves and also harms our psyche. We can appreciate ourselves and our body more, listen into it and communicate with it. No pressure, no devaluation and no disrespect. Instead, appreciation, self-love and respect. A valuable seminar I offered for a long time was called “being a body” – that says so much. At Menlha Touch we practice present touch in the space of awareness.
