Many of us have a very one-sided and dysfunctional relationship with anger. We smile far too often at things we see and experience that actually make us angry. In the process, we learned well to always be nice and well-behaved. However, perceiving anger as an energy phenomenon is important. Because to suppress and ignore the anger again and again inside creates suffering and makes ill. This does not mean that we always and uninhibitedly live out anger, but we can perceive it and use it to not harm ourselves and to make a difference on the outside. When I feel anger, I can give the energy from it without history into the power to go into the action needed to eliminate suffering. This can also change many things in the world for the better.
