Personally, I am fortunate to be in direct contact with nature on a daily basis. Spending time in the forest, in the meadow and by the streams brings not only me, but all of us back into contact with the essentials in life. Nature is a beneficial medicine for us humans, which we unfortunately too often forget. Just as it is healing power for soul and body, it is also burnout prophylaxis and helps us to feel our own roots again. ?
