As children, we often hopped.
As adults, less often or not at all. We have “cleaned up” too much and sometimes become a bit rigid. Bouncing brings joy, gets energy moving. If you are sad or in a bad mood, try it. The energy will change and most of the time joy comes up and also strengthens your legs. Also allow silliness and sounds. Jump in the living room or even better in the garden and in the forest. Hop, hop, hop! 😃
