When we race, run and one appointment rushes the other, be it professionally or privately, we lose energy, burn ourselves out and end up in burnout or/and depression. ?
In my seminars or retreats it is always about stopping inside, slowing down, stopping and feeling. Feeling that I am breathing, giving space to the eyes to see what they see, smelling the scents of nature, feeling the movement of the air or the wind on the skin, slowing down and becoming more mindful even while eating, chewing, tasting and not doing anything else. ?
Deceleration also gives the nervous system more peace, less stress and actually also time for self-regulation, which in a deeper sense also means self-healing. ?
